Yes, every account includes hosting and unlimited access

The trial period lasts 10 days. This gives you plenty of
time to explore the service and get your site started.
Can I cancel service at any time?
Yes, after you activate your account it can be cancelled
at any time. There is no long term contract to sign, however, we do require
30 day written notice of your intention to cancel.
Can I have my own domain name such as
www.mycompany.com?
Yes, domain hosting is included with each account. You
can either set up your existing domain or register a new domain for your
site. Domain registration is a separate charge. You can
purchase domains from

Do I get e-mail accounts?
Yes, each account includes everything you need to communicate with your customers. This includes email accounts, forwarding, e-mail aliases and autoresponders.

How do I get customers to my site?
The "Search Engines and Site Marketing" section offers all the information you need to get your site properly set up for the search engines. Once that is done you can use the submission feature to have your site submitted to the engines. This is only the first step. The
"Search Engines and Site Marketing" section also includes information about web directories, topic specific locations, link placement, premium search engine positioning, non-internet marketing techniques and more. Getting customers to your site is only the first step. After that you need to make sure that you have a site that is designed to generate interest and sales.
How do I track statistics about traffic on my site?

Can I customize the colors of my site?
Yes, our system enables you to customize each and every color in the system. You are not limited to any pre-designed color schemes or combinations. Once you have your site created, use
our color designer to make your own scheme.
How do I upload images and my company logo?
To upload your logo or graphic all you need to do is be logged into your site editor. For images, click the edit page button and then add. Select image and choose the upload option. To upload your logo, choose design and then title. Click the title image and upload your logo.
How many pages can I create?
There is no limit to the number of pages that you can create. Your only limitations are the amount of memory allocated to your site. Most sites that our customers will use will not exceed the
allotted space.
Does your E-commerce site include a shopping cart?
Yes, the E-commerce site includes everything you need to setup an on-line store. Each store includes a product catalog, integrated shopping cart, secure checkout and on-line order
management.
What else is included in each E-commerce site?
In addition to the shopping cart we provide you with a complete E-commerce administrative environment. This includes a customer database, order history, order reports, product import
and full export capabilities.
What is a merchant account?
A merchant account is a special bank account that enables you to accept credit cards.
How do I set up my site to accept credit cards?
The first step is to obtain a merchant account. If you choose, you can use our provider or if you have an existing account you can have that one set up for your store as well. To process transactions on-line you must have an account with an internet credit card processing gateway. The following gateways are supported: Authorize.net,

Do I have to have a merchant account and gateway to set up my store?
No, our stores can be used with a wide variety of payment methods such as PayPal. Or, you can even set up a store to take orders and then bill your customers with a printed invoice from our system. Either way each store is fully equipped to process and collect orders for your products.
How are orders processed on my site?
Most of the system is automated. To get started all you need to do is go to the store manager and enter your products into your store catalog. This will automatically set them up for your shopping cart and make then available for ordering via your site. When orders are made you will be notified via e-mail. Simply log in to your site and click the store manager to view and process orders.
